Pre-Conference Social Gathering
We have a tradition of gathering at Brendan’s Irish Pub for a no host “warm-up” social at 6:30 with everyone that is in town and wishes to meet and greet others.

Friday, March 16

Session #1 (Salon): 9:00 – 10:15 am, 15' R&R, 10:30 – 11:45 am

Lunch: 11:45 am – 1:00 pm

Session #2 (Salon): 1:00 – 2:15 pm, 15' R&R, 2:30 – 3:45 pm

Social Debriefing (Room TBD): 4:00 – 6:00 pm
Meet for snacks and drinks to continue discussing the events of the day, plans for the evening and the next day, etc.

Saturday, March 17

Annual Business Meeting (Salon): 9:00 am – 9:30 am
President Tom Roney presiding. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the CPDE Bylaws. Members can refer to the Bylaws and Compendium for information on prescribed issues and content.

Session #3 (Salon): 9:30 – 10:45 am, 15' R&R, 11:00 – 12:15 am

Lunch: 12:15 am – 1:30 pm

Session #4 (Salon): 1:30 – 2:45 pm, 15' R&R, 3:00 – 4:15 pm

PROGRAM
Scheduled sessions will run during the scheduled times or until a conclusion is reached at which time the next topic will begin. The Program Coordinators will monitor the presentations and discussions and conclude topics as needed, as well as possibly changing the order of topic presentation to maximize efficiency and member benefit.
